RESOLUTION NO. 76-3 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on January 7, 1976, did select, nominate, and unanimously elect <br />as their Chairman, Willard W. Siebert, Jr. ; and did select, nominate, <br />and unanimously elect, as their Vice -Chairman, William C. Wodtke, Jr. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the people of Indian River County Florida, have voted in <br />General Public Election and have duly elected Ralph Harris to the office <br />of Clerk of the Circuit Court, and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, is also the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners as pro- <br />vided by Florida Statute 125.17: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners <br />do hereby designate the following banking institutions as official depositories: <br />(1) First Citrus Bank of Indian River County <br />(2) Florida First National Bank of Vero Beach <br />(3) Commercial Bank of Vero Beach <br />(4) Beach Bank of Vero Beach <br />(5) Southeast Bank of Sebastian <br />(6) First Westside Bank of Vero Beach <br />(7) Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />(8) Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County <br />(9) First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County <br />(10) Southern Federal Savings and Loan Association of Broward County <br />(11) Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each designated depository of the Commission <br />be, and it is hereby requested, authorized, and directed to honor check warrants <br />or other orders for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, <br />including those payable to the individual order of any person or persons <br />whose name or names appear thereon, when bearing the signature of the Clerk, <br />Ralph Harris, and one signature of either the Chairman or the Vice -Chairman. <br />Of the two signatures, one must be an actual signature and one may be a <br />facsimile signature.
