BOOK 97 PAGE M <br />ANALYSIS <br />On 34th Terrace, 14 of the 16 platted lots are without access to <br />County water. The 9 property owners signing the petition represent <br />66% of the properties to be served. The platted lots in this <br />project are one acre+. The attached map displays the area to <br />benefit from the assessment project. This project is to be paid <br />through the assessment of property owners along the proposed water <br />line route. In the interim, financing will be through the use of <br />impact fee funds. Design services will be provided by the <br />Department of Utility Services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends approval <br />of the above -listed project, authorizing the Department to proceed <br />with the design engineering work in preparation for the special <br />assessment project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously approved <br />the water service project for a portion of Suburban <br />Acres S/D and authorized staff to proceed with the <br />design engineering work in preparation for the <br />special assessment project. <br />PETITION SEWER SERVICE -129TH STREET (BETWEEN OLD DME <br />AND RIVERSIDE DRIVE) -- RESOLUTIONS I AND H <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/16/96: <br />DATE: JANUARY 16, 1996 <br />TO: JAMES E. An easement has now been obtained, which will allow <br />this project to proceed.
