• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-5 <br />WHEREAS, on January 28, 1969, CAPTAIN HOWARD Z. <br />SENIF was appointed by the County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida to serve on the BOARD OF ZONING <br />ADJUSTMENT from District 5; and <br />WHEREAS, for almost seven years, CAPTAIN HOWARD Z. <br />SENIF has faithfully and compassionately served on the <br />BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT, representing well the needs of <br />the citizens of Indian River County, Florida, during his <br />tenure as a Board Member; and <br />WHEREAS, CAPTAIN HOWARD Z. SENIF has submitted his <br />resignation from the BOARD OF ZOINING ADJUSTMENT, effective <br />at the pleasure of the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has <br />determined that the resignation of CAPTAIN HOWARD Z. SENIF <br />shall be accepted as of January 21, 1976; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />this Resolution is unanimously passed for the purpose of <br />expressing the Board's appreciation for the fine work <br />done by CAPTAIN HOWARD Z.
