40 <br />S RESOLUTION NO. 76-6 <br />WHEREAS, on February 7, 1973 JOHN E. BANKS was <br />® appointed from District 2 to serve on the INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT; and <br />WHEREAS, for close to three years, JOHN E. BANKS <br />has faithfully served the citizens of Indian River County <br />in his position as a member of the BOARD OF ZONING <br />ADJUSTMENT; and <br />WHEREAS, JOHN E. BANKS' decisions have been thought- <br />ful and compassionate, keeping in mind the authority given <br />to the BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT and the need of each <br />applicant for a variance from the particular hardship <br />requested; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida is extremely appreciative of the <br />fine job done by JOHN E. BANKS during his term on the <br />BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />this Resolution is passed for the purpose of complimenting <br />JOHN E.
