J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-7 <br />WHEREAS, effective January 21, 1976, CAPTAIN <br />HOWARD Z. SENIF resigned from the BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT <br />from District 5; and <br />WHEREAS, ROBERT McLOGAN has agreed to fill the <br />vacancy on the BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT, and has been <br />appointed, effective February 4, 1976, to that position; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, tHAt <br />effective February 4, 1976, ROBERT McLOGAN is hereby <br />appointed to serve from District 5 on the INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />4th day of February, 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIA R VE COUY, L RI <br />B y <br />Willard W.
