RESOLUTION NO. 76-15 <br />O WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners had previously, by motion, authorized its Chair- <br />® person to execute a License Agreement with the Florida East <br />Coast Railway regarding the signalization of Vickers Road; and <br />0 WHEREAS, the Chairperson for the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County executed an Agreement dated <br />November 26, 1975, with the stipulation from the Board of <br />County Commissioners that the County's participation in said <br />signalization would be limited to Seventeen Thousand Dollars <br />($17,000.00); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the actions <br />of the Chairperson in entering into the November 26, 1975 Agree- <br />ment are hereby ratified upon request by the Florida East Coast <br />Railway Company. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 10th <br />day of March , 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER D LINTY, FLORIDA <br />By /�"/ <br />illard W.
