40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-24 <br />WHEREAS, a Bill am3nding Florida Statute 1.93.122 (1) <br />providing for a presumption of correctness with respect <br />to changes made by the Board of Tax Adjustment in the <br />Property Appraiser's Rolls has been submitted to the <br />Legislature for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida desires to pass this Resolution <br />supporting said amendment to Florida Statute 193.122 (1); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />Legislature of the State of Florida amend Florida Statute <br />193.12.2 (1) by providing a presumption of correctness with <br />respect to changes made by the Board of Tax Adjustment in <br />the Property Appraiser's Rolls. <br />**************** <br />Such Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th <br />day of April , 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By, !lilt �i 7 <br />Willard W.
