L] <br />RESOLUTION No. 76-30 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida have been requested to release the <br />20' wide easement centered on the interior side lot line <br />dividing Lots 2 and 3 of Hampton Woods Subdivision, according <br />to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida in Plat Book 9, <br />page 16; and <br />WHEREAS, said 20' easement was dedicated on the Plat <br />of Hampton Woods Subdivision for public utility purposes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release for easement has <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />following 20' easement in Bampton Woods Subdivision shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows. <br />The south 10' of Lot 2 and the north 10' of Lot 3, <br />less the east 20' of Lot 2 and Lot 3 and less the <br />west 20' of Lot 2 and Lot 3, Hampton Woods Sub- <br />division, a subdivision of Indian River County, <br />Florida, plat book 9, page 16. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a release of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to <br />in form proper for recording and placing in the public records <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 5th day of - May , 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN IVER COU Y, F O IDA <br />By <br />Willard W.
