RESOLUTION 76- 38 <br />do <br />WHEREAS, Christopher Ekonomou and Kathryn C. Ekonomou, <br />® his wife, did petition the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, requesting said Board to adopt a Resolution <br />to vacate, abandon, discontinue and close certain public streets <br />and roads as hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held by said Board <br />on June 9. 1976 , pursuant to Notice thereof duly published <br />in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion in Indian River County, which said publication was had <br />two weeks prior to the public hearing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has duly con- <br />sidered the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board does find <br />and determine the following: <br />1. That this Board has published a Notice of the hearing <br />on the petition of Christopher Ekonomou and Kathryn C. Ekonomou, <br />his wife, one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a news- <br />paper of general circulation in Indian River County, Florida, <br />said publication being published at least two weeks prior to <br />the time stated thereon for such public hearing. <br />2. That the land hereinbelow described is not a part <br />of the public road and street required by the State of Florida, <br />by the Federal Government as part of the State or Federal <br />Highway system and said portion of the right-of-way as described <br />hereinbelow is not located within the corporate limits of any <br />municipality and is located in Indian River County, Florida; <br />the following described land is not needed for street, <br />road, highway or other public purposes by Indian River County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County for and on behalf of Indian River County, <br />Florida, does hereby renounce and disclaim any right, title or <br />interest in and to the following described public street or road, <br />to -wit: <br />QrTICIAL V 2CORP <br />BOOK 521 pm)c 61 <br />LAW OFFICES JOHN H.
