40 <br />RESOLUTION No. 76-39 <br />®_= WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, has applied to the State of Florida, Department <br />of Natural Resources, for a grant in the approximate amount of <br />ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE and 50/100 ($11,729.50) <br />DOLLARS under the Florida Boating Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the grant would be to develop a boat <br />ramp located on the West Bank of the Indian River at Oslo Road; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in favor of the project moving <br />forward without delay; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- <br />SIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the Board hereby <br />approves the development of a boat ramp located on the West Bank <br />of the Indian River at Oslo Road and requests the various Govern- <br />mental Agencies involved to proceed with the approval of the <br />Application, granting to Indian River County an amount of approxi- <br />mately ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN IiUNDRED TWENTY-NINE and 50/100 <br />($11,729.50) DOLLARS. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that L. S.
