u <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-44 <br />WHEREAS, on February 18, 1976, George Stokes, the <br />• <br />Veteran Service Officer for Indian River County, Florida, <br />submitted his resignation to the Board of County Commissioners <br />• <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, BETTY RYALL the Veteran Service Officer for <br />St. Lucie County, Florida, immediately after the resignation <br />of George Stokes, came up to Indian River County on Wednesdays <br />and helped carry on the services of the Veteran Service <br />Officer for the convenience of the residents of Indian River <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has now hired a new <br />Veteran Service Officer and BETTY RYALL'S much appreciated <br />contribution to Indian River County .is no longer required; <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />the Board specifically thanks BETTY RYALL for helping out <br />Indian River County during a transition period and the <br />Board expresses its deep appreciation for the services that <br />were provided to the residents of Indian River County, <br />Florida by BETTY RYALL. <br />*************** <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />23rd day of June , 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNT, FLORIDA <br />By <br />Willard W Sieber , Jr., C i a <br />Attest: z -, 1/�f'!' z I"f s �z <br />Ralph Harris,,Clerk <br />
