40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-46 <br />O WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, on June 9, 1976 accepted the resignation <br />of one of the Committee Members for the Community Development <br />Advisory Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has appointed <br />WALTER JACKSON to fill the vacated post on the Community <br />Development Advisory Committee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />WALTER JACKSON is hereby appointed to serve on the Community <br />Development Advisory Committee as a representative of the <br />Gifford area. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />23rd day of June , 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLO ID <br />BY <br />Willard W.
