RESOLUTION NO. %� � 5 <br />r WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />has determined that certain items of tangible personal property owned by Indian <br />® River County, Florida, are without commerical value. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SAID BOARD that said items are <br />A hereby ordered abandoned in accordance with Section 274.06, Florida Statutes, <br />and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ralph Harris, Clerk of the Board, is hereby <br />ordered to remove said items from the official list of fixed assets of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said items are hereby assigned to the <br />County Administrator of Indian River County, Florida, for proper disposal as <br />provided in Section 274.06, Florida Statutes, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforesaid items to be abandoned herewith <br />are as follows: <br />1.
