• <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-59 <br />WHEREAS, all acts have been performed and all proceedings <br />have been carried out as required by law preliminary to the Board <br />of County Commissioners establishing a millage rate for the Indian <br />River County Health Department operated by the State Board of <br />Health; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That there shall be <br />and is hereby levied upon all of the real and personal taxable <br />property in Indian River County, Florida, for the Budget year <br />1976-77, the tax of .1384 mills or 13.84 cents per thousand dollars <br />to be used in carrying out the purposes of the Indian River County <br />Health Department operated by the State Board of Health. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />8th day of September, 1976. <br />ATTEST: <br />-Clerk," <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RI <br />VER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By_/��1 <br />Willa, Si.e.b rt, Jr., airman <br />
