• <br />40 <br />I <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-63 <br />WHEREAS, The City- County Building Department has <br />recommended to Indian River County a revised Fee Schedule for <br />the Building Department; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of Indian River County <br />to periodically review the Fee Schedule and upgrade said Schedule <br />in areas where the need arises; and <br />WHEREAS, the new Fee Schedule as presented appears to <br />be reasonable and fair; and <br />WHEREAS, said Fee Schedule is attached to this Resolution <br />and made a part thereof, marked as Exhibit "A"; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that the revised Fee Schedule attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted as <br />the Fee Schedule for the Building Department of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Such Resolution shall become effective as of the 8th <br />day of September 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVED.
