ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED By COMMISSIONER WOOTKE, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 1IO, 76-65, COMMENDING LEWIS "SKIP" <br />GRAY FOR HIS SERVICE AS THE COUNTY'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE EAST CENTRAL <br />FLORIDA REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-65 <br />WHEREAS, on December 17, 1975, The Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida appointed LEWIS <br />(SKIP) GRAY to serve as the County's representative on the <br />East Central Florida Regional Planning Council; and <br />WHEREAS, LEWIS (SKIP) GRAY was well qualified to serve on <br />the Planning Council having been a member of the Sebastian City <br />Council and _further being well versed in real estate and the <br />need for orderly growth and development within Indian River <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County's participation in the East <br />Central Florida Regional.
