4b <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-69 <br />WHEREAS, the Representative from District 5 on the <br />Indian River County Zoning Commission has moved to District <br />3; and <br />WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Indian River <br />County Zoning Commission from District 5; and <br />WHEREAS, Commissioner Siebert desires to appoint MARK <br />FALB to fill the vacancy on the Indian River County Zoning <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That MARK <br />FALB is appointed as the District 5 Representative of <br />the Indian River County Zoning Commission to be effective <br />immediately. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 6th <br />day of October 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN,RIVER OUN , FL R DA <br />By , <br />Willard .
