EXECUTION <br />OF THE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC SIGNAL. <br />® INSTALLATION AND MINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN Till' STATE OF FLORIDA DERTMENT <br />OF TRANSPORTATION AND INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY <br />On motion of Com_m;s.9 over Loy seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke the following Resolution was <br />adopted: <br />WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , deems it in the public <br />L1'Ub11C Body) <br />interest to install, maintain and pay electrical costs for the <br />operation of pedestrian traffic signal described in Exhibit "A" <br />to said agreement and, accordingly, to enter into the attached <br />agreement with the State' of Florida Department of Transportation: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED: � <br />1.
