RESOLUTION N0, 7685 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, on November 16, 1976, did select, nominate, and unanimously <br />elect as their Chairman, William C. Wodtkc, Jr,, and did select, nominate <br />and unanimously elect as their Vice Chairman, Alma Lee Loy, and <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Harris, Clerk of the Circuit until January 3, 1977, <br />is also the Clerk of the Board of Country Commissioners as provided <br />by Florida Statute 1.25.16: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners <br />do hereby designate the following banking institutions as official <br />depositories: <br />(1) First Citrus Bank of Indian River County <br />(2) Florida First National Bank of Vero Beach <br />(3) Commercial Bank of Vero Beach <br />(4) Beach Bank of Vero Beach <br />(5) Southeast Bank of Sebastian <br />(6) First Westside Bank of Vero Beach <br />(7) Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />(8) Security Federal Savings and Loan Association'of Indian <br />Fiver C„unty <br />(9) First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County <br />(10) Southern Federal Savings and Loan Association of Broward County <br />(11) Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each designated depository of the Commission <br />be, and it is hereby requested, authorized, and directed to honor check <br />warrants or other orders for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's <br />name, including those payable to the individual order of any person or <br />persons whose name or names appear thereon, when bearing the signature of <br />the Clerk, Ralph Harris, and one signature of either the Chairman or the <br />Vice Chairman. Of the two signatures, one must be an actual signature <br />and one may be a facsimile signature.
