Since <br />the provisions of required internal improvements for individual <br />buildings will be controlled through the PD site plan process, and <br />since the required improvements necessary to provide service to <br />Harbor Links Phase II have been constructed, the developer has <br />satisfied all development requirements for final plat approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final <br />plat approval for Harbor Links, Grand Harbor Plat 17. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for Harbor Links, Grand Harbor <br />Plat 17, as recommended in the memorandum. <br />D. CHASTA <br />AND MANAGER OF ASSE PROJECTS <br />STAFFED BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />JUANITA HARRIS <br />BACKGROUND <br />Juanita Harris has requested that temporary service be installed <br />from the water line on 10th Street to service her property on 1005 <br />48th Terrace, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 prior to'the installation <br />of a water main on 48th Terrace. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services shall provide temporary water service to Juanita <br />Harris until such time that a water line may be constructed on 48th <br />Terrace by assessment. She agrees to pay all fees required to make <br />this connection.
