RESOLUTION NO. 77-3 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County desires to make new <br />appointments to the TREASURE COAST REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The Indian River County Commission, at its <br />Organization Meeting on January 5, 1977, decided on representation <br />to the TREASURE COAST REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the following <br />persons are named as Indian River County Representative or <br />Alternate, as the case may be, to the TREASURE COAST REGIONAL <br />PLANNING COUNCIL: <br />1. EDWIN S. SCHMUCKER Representative <br />ROBERT BERG Alternate <br />2. WILLARD W. SIEBERT, JR. Representative <br />VAL BRENNAN Alternate <br />3.
