RESOLUTION NO. 77-6 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County from time to time has excess funds; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 28.33 Florida Statutes, authorizes <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court to invest such funds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />FREDA WRIGHT, Clerk of Circuit Court, and/or WILLIAM P. <br />JACKSON, Finance Officer, acting as her deputy, is <br />authorized to purchase time deposits and U. S. Government <br />Securities for the Board of County Commissioners, Indian <br />River County. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of <br />the 19th day of January, 1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />By:_66 <br />William C.
