0 <br />O <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77_q <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida have been requested to release the side lot line easements, <br />lying on either side of the side lot line between Lots 7 & 8, of Block E, <br />Unit No. 2, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, <br />St. Lucie County, Florida, and property now lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said 5 foot side lot line easements were dedicated <br />on the Plat of said OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION for public utility purposes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release for easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUN'T'Y COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />the following side lot line easements in OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION shall <br />be released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The side lot line easements being 5 feet along the South line <br />of Lot 7, Block E, and 5 feet along the North line of Lot 8, <br />Block E, Unit No. 2, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25, St. Lucie County, Florida, said <br />property now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />i <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and they <br />' are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line <br />i <br />easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and <br />1 <br />placing in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 5th day of January 1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Ir <br />► William C.
