S <br />G <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-18 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have received $128,267.00 <br />pursuant to Public Law 94-369, Public Works Employment Act of 1976, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners plan to use these funds <br />for the specific purposes provided for in said Act, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners had no reason to anticipate <br />and did not anticipate at the time of its original budget preparation, the <br />receipt of said funds <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners amends <br />its budget in accordance with Section 129.06 (2) (d), Florida Statutes by <br />establishing an Anti—Recession Fund wherein the following funds shall be <br />appropriated. <br />Estimated Revenue: $128,267.00 <br />Appropriation: <br />Salaries $ 95,760.00 <br />Benefits 25,137.36 <br />Materials and Supplies <br />(In support of basic labor services) 7,369.64 <br />Total Appropriated $128,267.00 <br />Attest: <br />Clerk <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By / AZ'OffN 0 <br />Chairman <br />
