RESOLUTION NO. 77-50 <br />® WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Indian <br />River County, Florida, are ever desirous of improving efficiency <br />and reducing the cost of local government, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Indian <br />River County, Florida always intend to comply with every appli- <br />cable provision of the Florida Statutes, to -wit: Section 274.02, <br />Florida Statutes; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Clerk of the <br />Board of County Commissioners is authorized to purge the equip- <br />ment inventory records of all items valued at less than One <br />Hundred Dollars ($9,00.00) except those items listed in Finance <br />Officer's letter to the Board dated May 31, 1977, which is in- <br />corporated herein by reference, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board of <br />County Commissioners is directed to take all appropriate action <br />to establish an inventory record system which shall fully comply <br />with Chapter 274, Florida Statutes, and all rules and regulations <br />issued pursuant thereto. <br />This resolution shall be effective as of the 8th day <br />of.
