RESOLUTION NO. 77- 76 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, feel it is advisable and in the best <br />interests of the people of Indian River County to establish <br />by a Resolution minimum liability insurance coverage on all <br />motor vehicles owned or leased by the Sebastian Volunteer <br />Fire Department and Ambulance Squad, Inc. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that The Seb- <br />astian Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Squad, Inc., <br />shall maintain insurance against legal liability for death, <br />injury or disability of any person arising from or in con- <br />nection with the operation of any motor vehicle owned or leased <br />or operated by the Sebastian Volunteer Fire Department and <br />Ambulance Squad, Inc., Indian River County, Florida or any of <br />its employees to the extent of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($300,000.00) Bodily Injury Liability per person, FIVE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000.00) Bodily Injury Liability per <br />occurance and ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00) <br />1 <br />Property Damage Liability per accident. <br />*********************** <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />6th day of July, 1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, //FLORIDA <br />BY: "fKL{,cr.,..(a ml"tt'dl <br />William C.
