RESOLUTION NO. 77-77 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA That the resignation of <br />WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR. as Indian River County Representative <br />on the District 9 Mental Health Board is hereby reluctantly <br />accepted and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that MERCHON ROGEL is hereby <br />approved to represent Indian River County on the District 9 <br />Mental Health Board, which appointment shall be effective <br />on July 6, 1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />By: <br />William C.
