f RESOL'JTIO:d NO. <br />77-78 <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the <br />I <br />easements lying on either side of the side lot lines of Lots <br />11 and 12, Block B, Unit 3, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded <br />i <br />in Plat Book 4, at page 19, of the public records of Indian <br />River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, said 5 foot side lot line easements were dedi- <br />cated on the Plat of said OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION for public utility <br />I� and drainage purposes; and, <br />IJ <br />II WHEREAS, the request for such release for easement has <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />I <br />jI NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />II COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />side lot line easements in OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION shall be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />i All easements for public utilities for drainage <br />of, upon and across the west.5 feet of Lot 12 <br />and the east 5 feet of Lot 11, Block B, Unit <br />No. 3, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION as per the Plat <br />thereof in Plat Book 4, at page 19, of the pub- I <br />lic records of Indian River County, Florida; I <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />IIJ <br />Of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, <br />I' <br />and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release <br />I I � <br />of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />�i <br />This 20th day of July , 1977, <br />I <br />r <br />I <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />J!
