RESOLUTION NO. 77-83 <br />WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1977, Indian River County <br />passed Resolution No. 77-76; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has been <br />requested to rescind the above cited Resolution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That Resolution <br />No. 77-76 is hereby rescinded and declared to be null and <br />void. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 10th <br />day of August , 1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />William C.
