40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-92 <br />WHEREAS, through the cooperation of the United States <br />Department of Agriculture Farmers Home Administration (FmHA) <br />the people of Indian River County, Urban Development Utilities, <br />Inc., the Board of County Commissioners and other elected <br />officials, an offer has been made to Indian River County from <br />the FMHA embodied in a Letter of Conditions -Public Body dated <br />September 13, 1977, to cure the deplorable sewer and water <br />conditions in the Gifford Area; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County desires to accept the offer <br />as published in the September 13, 1977 Letter from FmHA; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />CODSMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the Letter <br />of Conditions -Public Body dated September 13, 1977, as issued <br />by the United States Department of Agriculture Farmers Home <br />Administration, is hereby accepted, and for the purposes of <br />implementation the Board of County Commissioners authorizes <br />the Chairman and other appropriate County officials to sign <br />the following documents in order to consummate the loan and <br />grant as embodied in the Letter of Conditions -Public Body <br />I dated September 13, 1977: <br />and <br />1. Letter of Intent to Meet Conditions, i.e., <br />FHA Form 442-46. <br />2. Initial Operating Budget, i.e., FHA Form 442-7. <br />3. Request for Obligation of Funds, i.e., FmHA Form <br />440-1. <br />4. Equal Opportunity Agreement, i.e., FHA Form 400-1. <br />5. Nondiscrimination Agreement, i.e., FHA Form 400-4. <br />6. Legal Services Agreement, i.e., FHA Instruction <br />442-1. <br />7. Agreement for Engineering services, i.e., FmHA <br />Form 442-19. <br />
