RESOLUTION NO. 77-99 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is anxious to continue <br />its road building program within the County; and <br />WHEREAS, Ranch Road from Barber Avenue to North Winter <br />Beach Road, under Budget Item No. 425350, is a prime concern <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the <br />Department of Transportation is hereby authorized to pursue <br />Federal aid for right-of-way acquisition and construction <br />of Ranch Road (State Road 609) from Barber Avenue to the <br />North Winter Beach Road, under Budget Item No. 425350. <br />****************** <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 27th <br />day of September , 1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAAN RRIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY <br />William C.
