Both <br />principal of and interest on this bond are payable in lawful money <br />of. the United States of America at , <br />or, at the option of the holder at <br />This bond .is one of an authorized issue of bonds in the <br />aggregate principal amount of $1,815,000 of lice date, tenor and <br />effect, except as to number, interest rate and date of maturity, <br />issued to finance the cost of the construction and acquisition of <br />a solid waste control system of the County (hereinafter called <br />"facilities"), and the refunding of certain outstanding Notes of <br />the County issued for such purpose, under the authority of and in <br />full compliance with the Constitution and Statutes of the State of <br />Florida, including particularly Chapter 159, Part I, Florida Statutes, <br />Section 125.01 et seq., Florida Statutes, County Ordinance No. 77-19 <br />enacted August 3, 1977, Chapter 218, Part II, Florida Statutes, and <br />other applicable provisions of law, and a resolution duly adopted <br />by the Board of County Commissioners on the day of <br />, 1977 (hereinafter called "Resolution"), <br />-10- <br />
