RELEASE OF EASEMENT THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT Made and executed this -7th day of December , 1977, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, first party to RANDOLPH SCOTT, whose address is 4336 32nd Avenue, Gifford, Florida, parties of the second part. W I T N E S S E T H: That the said party of the firat part:, for an in con- sideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the said second parties, does hereby remise, release, abandon and quit claim unto the second parties, forever, all the right, title interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following described easement, lying on land sitLiate in the County of Indian River and State of Florida, to -wit: The North 2.5 feet of lot 1.4 and the South 2.5 feet of lot 13, Block F, Oslo Park as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 96 Public re- cords of Indian River County. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with all. and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest., equity and claim whatso- ever of the said first part, either in law or equity to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
