Swan, Supervisor of Elections and Joe Earman Chairperson of Board of County <br />Commissioners, of Indian River County, Florida, do hereby certify that the county (check applicable <br />statement): <br />/ Have no outstanding federal funds awarded including interest earned under previous years from <br />the Florida Department of State under the Help America Vote Act since 2002.
