BooK {a,c <br />County Attorney Charles Vitunac advised that Utilities <br />Director Terry Pinto and OMB Director Joe Baird are here if the <br />Board has any questions. <br />Commissioner Tippin understood that we don't have to spend all <br />of the $45 -million, and Attorney Vitunac explained that the amount <br />is up to $45 -million. There is no tax money involved; it is to be <br />paid by revenues of the systems. All the projects listed on <br />Attachment "A" have been approved in the past; this is how they are <br />to be financed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird,* the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 96-30, providing for the issuance of not <br />exceeding $45,000,000 water and sewer revenue bonds, <br />Series 1996, of the County to be applied to pay the <br />costs of certain projects. <br />32 <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1996 <br />
