BOOK 97 F,,A U,Fe367 <br />(c) The Dissemination Agent shall: <br />(i) determine each year prior to the date for providing <br />the Annual Report the name and address of each National <br />Repository and the State Repository, if any; and <br />(ii) if the Dissemination Agent is other than the. <br />Issuer, file a report with the Issuer certifying that' the' <br />Annual Report has been provided pursuant to this Disclosure <br />Certificate, stating the date it was provided.and listing all <br />the Repositories to which it was provided. <br />SECTION 4. Content of Annual Reports. The Issuer's Annual <br />Report shall contain or include by reference the following: <br />1. The audited financial statements of the Issuer for <br />the prior fiscal year, prepared in accordance with generally <br />accepted accounting principles as promulgated to apply to <br />governmental entities from time to time by the Governmental <br />Accounting Standards Board. If the Issuer's audited financial <br />statements are not available by the time the Annual Report is <br />required to be filed pursuant to Section 3(a), the Annual <br />Report shall contain unaudited financial statements in a <br />format similar to the financial statements contained in the <br />final Official Statement, and the audited financial statements <br />shall be filed in the same manner as the Annual Report when <br />they become available. <br />2. To the extent such information is not otherwise <br />included as part of the annual audited financial statements of <br />the Issuer, updated information from that set forth in the <br />Official Statement for the Bonds under the headings: "Water <br />and Sewer Customers", "Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services High Volume Customers", "Rate Structure", and <br />"Summary of Revenues of the System." <br />Any or all of the items listed above may be included by <br />specific reference to other documents, including official <br />statements of debt issues of the Issuer or related public entities, <br />which have been submitted to each of the Repositories or the <br />Securities and Exchange Commission. If the document included by <br />reference is a final official statement, it must be available from <br />the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. The Issuer shall <br />clearly identify each such other document so included by reference. <br />SECTION 5. Reporting of SigZificant Events. <br />(a) Pursuant to the provisions of this Section 5, the <br />Issuer shall give, or cause to be given, notice of the occurrence <br />of any of the following events with respect, to the Bonds, if <br />material: <br />46 <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1996 <br />L <br />
