RESOLUTION NO. 78-4 <br />A RESOLUTION FIXING THE INTEREST RATE ON <br />$1,815,000 SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM <br />REVENUE, BONDS, SERIES 197.7, OF THE COUNTY <br />OF INDIA14 RIVER, CONFIRMING THE SALE AND <br />AWARD OF SAID BONDS, AND NAMING THE PAYING <br />AGENT FOR SAID BONDS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COPM4ISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. The $1,815,000 Solid Waste Disposal System <br />Revenue Bonds, Series 1977 (the "Bonds"), heretofore authorized <br />by resolution adopted on November 2, 1977 shall all bear interest <br />at the rate of five and thirty hundredths per centum (5.30$) per <br />annum. <br />SECTION 2. The sale and award of said Bonds to William <br />R. Hough & Co. of Orlando, Florida, at the price of $1,778,700 <br />plus accrued interest from their date to the date of delivery <br />thereof, in accordance with the proposal of said William R. Hough <br />& Co. dated and accepted by the County on September 21, 1977 be <br />and the same is hereby confirmed. <br />SECTION 3. The Bonds shall be payable as to both principal <br />and interest at Florida First National Bank of Jacksonville, <br />Jacksonville, Florida. <br />SECTION A.
