Zero, his wife, are the <br />owners of Lots 14 and 15, Block A, of Oslo Park, herein- <br />before describedi and <br />WHEREAS, said property is under Contract for Sale and the prospec- <br />tive Purchasers are contemplating the erection of a building on said Jots, <br />which said building will lie over the side lot line easements on each <br />side of the bsiundry line between Lots 14 and 15. <br />WHEREAS, the said Purchasers will not complete said hale unless <br />and until such side lot line easements are released by the•theCounty . <br />Commission of Indian River County, Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />Of Indian River County, Florida, as follows, <br />1. The Board does hereby release the 5 -foot side lost line easement <br />on either side of the side lot line be Lots 14 and 15 on Block A of <br />said Oslo Park, <br />2.
