RESOLUTION NO. 78-18 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COT-1MISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the resignations of <br />JERRY CUiMINGS and DAVID W.
