RESOLUTION NO. 78-25 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, has been requested to release the side lot line <br />easements of Lots 6, 7, and 8 of GRANADA GARDENS, Unit 1, ac- <br />cording to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book <br />3, page 91, and <br />-WHEREAS, said side lot easements were dedicated on the Plat <br />of GRANADA GARDENS SUBDIVISION for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TILE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />side lot line easements in GRANADA GARDENS UNIT 1 shall be re- <br />leased, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The side lot line easements running from North to South <br />along Lots 6, 7, and 8, of GRANADA GARDENS UNIT 1, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 3, page 91, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and <br />they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 5th day of April 1978. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By a <br />Chairman 14 <br />Attest: <br />1 <br />L <br />`Clerk : <br />
