RESOLUTION NO. 78-30 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County from time to time has excess funds; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 28.33 Florida Statutes, authorizes <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court to invest such funds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that FREDA <br />WRIGHT, Clerk of Circuit Court, and/or JEFFERY K.
