RESOLUT ION 78-31. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that pursuant to Florida Statute <br />196.29, the following described property, established in Exhibit <br />"A", was purchased by Indian River County, Florida, for a land <br />fill purpose. Effective May 5, 1977, both properties as described <br />in Exhibit "A", shall have the lien for taxes cancelled and <br />discharged, so long as said property is used for public purposes. <br />'51411W <br />Chairman <br />Attest:.',t x .
