R E S O L U T I O N 78-32 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that pursuant to Florida Statute <br />196.295, the property purchased by the City of Sebastian, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Florida, which property <br />is described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of <br />this Resolution, is hereby declared to have been purchased for <br />a public purpose, i.e., for park and recreation uses. Effective <br />March 14, 1977, lien for taxes on the described property are <br />hereby cancelled and discharged, so long as the property is used <br />for public purposes. <br />Chairman <br />y:Attest:'.J;IL�+L, <br />Adopted this 19th day of April, 1978. <br />
