RESOLUT ION 78 - <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that pursuant to Florida Statute <br />1.96.28, the following described property was purchased by the <br />State of. Florida for the use and benefit of the State of Florida <br />Department of Transportation to be used for road purposes. Said <br />property is described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a <br />part of this agreement.
