RESOLUTION N0. 78-40 <br />F <br />WHEREAS, FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, INC., and DISTRICT <br />ADVISORY BOARD OF THE FLORIDA DISTRICT, CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, <br />did petition the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, requesting said Board to adopt a Resolution to vacate, <br />abandon, discontinue and close certain public streets and roads <br />as hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held by said Board on <br />May 10, 1978, pursuant to Notice thereof duly published in the <br />Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in <br />Indian River County, which said Publication was had two weeks <br />prior to thy public hearintj as required by law; and <br />WE1E:1,E;AS, the Board of Count;: C'omnissioners has duly <br />considered the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF:S01,VE:D that this Board does find <br />and determine the foli.owinj: <br />1.
