Sewver. and Water Franchise," <br />granting a water and sexer franchise to Customer Service, Inc., a <br />Florida Corporation and has enlarged said franchise service area <br />in Resolution No. 76-1 and <br />WHEREAS the Board of County Ce - tsatoners of Indian River <br />County, Florida his received a request in vriting from, Custotrr_r <br />Servir.e, Tnc, for an tncr^ase in the hater Hoo'..up and Connection <br />Charge from $400.00 to 51,000.00, and <br />WHF,R:EAS, after public nrticr and public hearing, the. Board <br />of County Commissioners ftnd3 the requested increase to be <br />feasible and in the public interest and that Section H, of the <br />"Customer Service, Inc.
