R E S O L U T I O N NO. 78-56 <br />WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER TRAILS LAND TRUST, did petition the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, requesting <br />said Board to adopt a Resolution to vacate, abandon, discontinue <br />and close certain public streets and roads as hereinafter de- <br />scribed; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held by said Board on <br />August 23, 1.978, at 10 A.M., pursuant to Notice thereof duly <br />published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in Indian River County, which said publication was <br />had two weeks prior to the public hearing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of county Commissioners has duly con- <br />sidered the same,; <br />.NOW, THE:RF:FOFUi, €3E 1i' €11"'SOLVED THAT THIS BOARD does find <br />and determine the! following: <br />1.
