<br />WHEREAS, pursuant. to Section 13 of said franchise, a request
<br />was received for transfer and assignment of said franchise to
<br />Florida Mob I,Ic Home Corimuni.ties, Inc,, and
<br />WHEREAS, publication of a Notice of Public Hearin); was duly
<br />made, and
<br />WHEREAS, Lhis Hoard did on September 20, 1978 hold a public
<br />hearing; ,
<br />NOW, THFREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED RY THE HOARD OF COUNTY
