F. , <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-75 <br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the SOUTH COUNTY WATER <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT, has held a public hearing <br />on October 4, 1978, for the purpose of adopting a budget <br />for the District for the fiscal year 1978-79; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser has provided the <br />evaluations of the non-exempt property in said District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing was noticed by publication and <br />the needs of the District discussed in open forum; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />following budget is hereby adopted for the SOUTH COUNTY <br />-� WATER MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT for 1978-79: <br />1.
