RESOLUTION 78-88 <br />WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY desires to recommend <br />• substitute Representatives to the Treasure Coast Regional <br />Planning Council; <br />! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That <br />PATRICK B. LYONS is hereby recommended to appointment as the <br />County Representative to the Treasure Coast Regional Planning <br />Council, replacing EDWIN S.
